In lieu of BusinessTrends’ expansion programs and growth plans this year, the company welcomed the visit of Kelly Services’ executives to discuss joint venture agreement and grace the blessing of the three new offices from March 28-30.

Kelly Services Senior Vice President for APAC Mr. Dhiren Shantilal, Vice President for Global Solutions & Services-APAC Mr. Martin Nicholls and APAC Corporate Affairs Director Ms. Patricia Wee-Windsor met with BusinessTrends management team to discuss the business plan for the coming years and identify strategies to better position the company in the Philippine market.

Aside from the formal meeting, the visitors also joined BusinessTrends in launching its two new offices in Ortigas, Pasig City and the newly-built recruitment hub in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City on March 29.

Mr. Shantilal, along with Mr. Luis Anastacio, Executive Director of BusinessTrends and Mrs. Estrellita Anastacio, CEO and Chair of Servicio Filipino Inc., the franchise owner of BusinessTrends in the Philippines, led the ribbon cutting ceremony and blessings of the three offices.

After the formal ceremony, guests proceeded to the reception at Edsa-Shangri-La Manila, one of the premier hotels in the country, to celebrate the success with the top clients of BusinessTrends and its staff.

The City Mayor of Mandaluyong, Hon. Mayor Benjamin Abalos Jr., graced the reception through expressing his gratitude to Kelly Services and BusinessTrends in their efforts of providing quality jobs not only to the people of Mandaluyong but to all the Filipinos as well.

On behalf of the Philippine government, he expressed his enthusiasm to support the business and operations of both organizations in the country and assured them of creating the Philippines as an ideal investment hub for all foreign and local investors.

The event turned lively and bubbly after the formal program when the staffs sang their hearts out with the band playing acoustic songs and mingled with Kelly APAC executives for a whole night of party.
