How will I apply to one of your job openings?
You may submit your resume through email: email@example.com or you may also call us at (02) 631.3147 or 631.3109 to know more about the position you are applying to. We also invite you to visit our office as walk-in applicant so we can expedite the processing of your application.
Will I have to take a test and how long will it be?
It depends on the position you are applying for. In some roles, you may be asked to complete skills assessment that will let us gauge your English comprehension, numeracy capabilities and behavioural patterns. Usually, taking the assessment requires only less than an hour to accomplish.
What can I expect during the interview?
The consultant will explain to you further the job role and discuss the corporate environment of the company you will be endorsed to. They may also mention the succeeding processes that you will take depending on the requirement.
How will I know if I am hired?
Once your application is approved, your consultant will inform you immediately about it. You will be asked to prepare necessary documents such as government mandatories and medical health certification to be submitted on the advised date.
What happens next?
Should you have completed the necessary documents for onboarding, you will be asked to report to the company you were endorsed to on the same day or as advised.
Will I have to pay when I apply or if BusinessTrends places me on a job?Some recruitment firms do charge a nominal fee when you register or when you were placed for a job. However, it is not BusinessTrends’ practice to do so as we recognize our candidates as our employees when they are placed on a job assignment.
